Ordered sth with no reply at all I recently ordered something on airmax-97.com and it seems a scam. waited for 3 weeks. nil update on the order. customer service is a contact with email ending with "gmail.com". Reviewing the Actual Platform A lot of these reviews seem to be from people that ordered from scam sites hosted through Big Cartel, which can happen through any host realistically and should not fall under the actual company's page in my opinion, but, I do have a review for the service itself! I've tried lots of different platforms and always return to Big Cartel for the simple interface, the automatic collection and remitting of sales tax, and their support has been great so far. Themes are simple and easy to customize, especially with CSS and HTML. The only changes I'd like to see would be more payment options (which they are working on) and more app integrations. Other than that, it's a wonderful, inexpensive place to start with an eCommerce business and I can't recommend it enough. :)

Progressive, and completely ok showing it As a libertarian, I am all about personal freedoms. But when it comes to business, nobody should know what the people inside the company support in their personal lives. If you're publicly supporting political agendas and posting your professional position with it, bringing the reputation of the business with it, I can't support your business. Sorry, but you just lost a customer.

Abject Christ, I wish I'd read Trustpilot before ordering from Big Cartel. They run a business under "Old School Leeds" for retro Leeds United stuff. Advertise on Facebook a lot. I treated myself to a t-shirt. Nothing! 1st email after 3 weeks unanswered. 2nd email after a month unanswered. 3rd email unanswered. No tshirt. Nothing. Abject
