Performance bad, Customer Service bad - Can't recomend The server was quite cheap, but there was absolutly no performance. Everything (OS updates, starting an programm, ..) took ages. Definitly not what you would expect if they sell you an "NVMe" VM. In addition their peering (VM in Munich) seemd much worse then everything i've experienced with other Providers. The latency was extremly high (50-100ms for a connection within Germany from a large Provider. The expectation would have been about 15ms). After my cancelation they didn't cancel the PayPal subscrition (or told me that i would have to do so myself). This resulted in them receiving payment for another 12 Months. My request for a refund was refused. Can't recomend. Edit: Interesting. I also remebered (like them in their reply) the service beeing advertised as 10€/year. I also found a chat message from 2021 where a user linked the offer and mentioned that price. Hoewer, my invoice lists 11,99€ for the server and another 2,28€ of Taxes (19.00% MwSt./USt.). So in total 14,27€. But i want to make clear that this is a price i must have agreed to back then. Towards PayPal Subscriptions: From what i could find it's possible for Merchants to cancel a subscriptions on their end. It doesn't seems to be possible to change the amount etc, but if a customer cancels their last (and only) service it should be standard practice to cancel the payment subscription. It's certainly not an resonable expecatation that a Customer, who has an subscription over exactly the amount he ows a company for a service, wants to keep paying that amount to get some (apparently non refundable) positive balance with them. Practically donating them money. If that customer wants to book another service at some point it seems fairly easy to setup a new subscription over the new ammount. I removed my accusation that they didn't respond to my request to close my account. From the looks of it i may have never send that corretly (it was just now shown to me in their Support Webinterface as a Draft).

Support respond quickly under 30… Support respond quickly under 30 minutes. Payment using cryptocurrency went well (coinpayments.net), VPS was setup automatically and is perfect according to order. Some IP checkers says it is in Italy, but one says it is in Singapore which is what i wanted. They should advertise cryptocurrency support on their site if not done already.
