Great service & amazing understanding of exactly what my plan was, I didn’t have to settle for anything less than the dream I had, to see it shape & take the exact concept & haven’t found anyone else able to fully achieve it & actually to add to it is amazing. Thank you so much to all the staff involved in making my newest venture a reality, looking forward to working with these guys much much more as my dream grows. Highly recommend them to anyone looking into starting there own business- these are the guys to trust if you really want to turn your ideas into reality. I love the design of the store given to me that was absolutely free. Of course at the end you might want to add a bit more details yourself but they have basically already done everything. Just wonderful.

GBI will not recommend this for someone new to e-commerce business. The price is very reasonable, but when the website / e-commerce store is built, they will tell you to pay $700-$2,000 to train you on how to order items, upload products, etc. and even they will not answer questions unless you sign up for the training.

GBI ordered a custom store from this… I ordered a custom store from this company. They strung me along and never gave me my store. Their communication was very poor. Two weeks went by. I finally got an answer when I said I wanted my money back. They did not refund my money or give me my store. I never heard from them after that. I would not recommend this company after the experience that I had. I regret dealing with this company. I'm out of $250 of my hard earned money with nothing to show for it. I will never order another custom dropshipping again. Note added in response to dropship empire's reply. This is not a baseless allegation. I have plenty of proof that this is true. I do not trust your company and will do no further dealings with you. My advice to you is to be honest. Don't try to make it look like someone is just trying to blackmail you or scam you in an attempt to protect your reputation. Dishonesty never pays. If you are not going to deliver, then refund your customer's money. And communicate with them instead of ignoring them until they take action to recover their money. You should have a customer service number too. I find it odd that you do not have a customer service number and you only use your first names.
