No disappointments there. You can full charge and forget about it for 2 to 3 weeks. - The accessories provided were working and convenient to use. - The companion app was okay enough. Not amazing, but not bad too.

It was an amazing Ear Clip Bluetooth Headset! Great device! Very useful! Product quality isn't bad. When I wear this, my ears are so comfortable that I occasionally forget I'm wearing them after wearing them for a while. I however received the product late delivery after about 23 days. But it's okay!
