GBHorrible. My Mac crashed and I found Ibeesoft. Purchased the recovery software, never recieved a link. In a weeks time I have emailed Ibeesoft three times with no reply back what so ever. This is highly unprofessional and apparently I cannot get a refund even though it falls under the full refund guidelines from the company.

LBiBeesoft provided me a variety of software solutions… iBeesoft provided me a variety of software solutions for my computer cleaning, file backup, and data recovery. After I used their items, I was really delighted with how well they worked and how dependable they were. The simplicity of use of iBeesoft's software is one of its best qualities. The devices' user interface is simple, clear, and intuitive, making it easy even for those who are not tech-savvy to use. Whether I wanted to boost my computer's performance, recover lost data, or build a backup of your files, iBeesoft's software is made to make the process go as smoothly as possible. All due respect for the people behind the scene and I really encourage everyone to depend on this great data recovery software.

ESExcellent recovery software… Excellent software to recover my lost documents. A friend told me about it when I lost my work files due to accidental formatting. In 2 minutes I had my files back, I'm very happy!

GBBought the data recovery product for… Bought the data recovery product for £40.00 and I couldnt use due to an itune requirement .I have itunes on my pc and hoped the so called help desk could assist me in resolving the compatability problem.I got a one line reply "install itunes on drive C" I then asked how do I do that? No response. Why do help desks assume they are talking to computer experts? If I was an expert I wouldn't need them!
