AUI'm not quite sure if support actually exists I'm not quite sure if support actually exists. The documentation for the new Key 4 is very lightweight compared to previous manuals and no responses from support within 1 week either. Not the best for a newbie to the product.

GBCan't figure out how to use this... I absolutely cannot figure out how to use this. There seems to be a lack of solid directions. Once you go to the web page printed on the packaging, it seems to take you in so many different directions, I'm not sure which way to go. Being an IT person and not being able to successfully figure this out is frustrating. Additionally, the white sticker that you need to pull out of the device to activate the battery did not fully pull out and part of the tab is still stuck in the device. I have a feeling I'll need to return everything and start over.

MYUsing MacOS Monterey Plucking into windows 11 shows light flashing. Not set yet. But putting into Mac has no light flashing. I have done the necessary setting. Maybe I am running Monterey on iMac 2007 using open core legacy
