I have requested my membership cancellation for over 5 days now and there has been no single acknowledgement or status email to verify that the my membership is being cancelled. It seems like it's deliberate so that they can keep renewing the membership without consent and keep cheating the customers. Update - As I had thought the company is stealing from the customers, they approved it. After several emails requesting for cancellation and after a week there has been no acknowledgment and status update. Today I was charged for the membership renewal when I have been asking for cancellation. PLEASE DONOT GET THE MEMBERSHIP. THE COMPANY WONT CANCEL IT AND THEY WILL KEEP CHARGING YOU FOR RENEWAL WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT. STEALING FROM THE CUSTOMERS IS HOW THEY ARE MAKING MONEY
