GBPoor Customer Service Very Inconsiderate Of Your Time, Money & Business If you buy something and it doesn't ever get to you because they've failed to acknowledge your delivery instructions, then you're SOL. Say goodbye to your money, and if you'd like to request for a refund, say goodbye to an entire month of time emailing back and forth and having them tell you they'll call you and they never do. Customer Support is unapologetic, and they don't care for their customers. They deserve the F rating they have on BBB.
