GBI ordered a hand soap 3 pack I ordered a hand soap 3 pack. I got a personal email a few days later saying that one of the bottles was damaged, but they could replace it with another style or I could cancel the order. I opted to have the replacement, and the package was here a couple days later. Great product, too, and pretty!
