2 popped off within the 1st hour & late delivery My best friend got me these for Christmas. She paid extra to make sure they'd arrive on time, but after many back and forth emails, they finally arrived nearly a month late... 2 broke off within an hour. First my index nail, then my ring immediately after I got the index nail back on. I'm just laying in my bed on my phone too, not even doing anything. My nails definitely had no reason to pop off.

I contacted customer service and was impressed with the fast response and the accommodation that Honey gave me. She went above and beyond!! Although I have not used the lashes yet, I will buy again and refer anyone. Top quality customer service is hard to find. Well done Moitie!!!

Even though moitie is very busy and some products are always out of stock, I keep coming to them because this are the most beautiful lashes I’ll ever wear !

If I didn’t have to wait so long for my… If I didn’t have to wait so long for my order I would’ve given 5 stars. Nails are custom and you can tell. Beautifully crafted. And Grace is an angel! She was very helpful and stayed in close communication with me until my order arrived and even thereafter to ensure I was satisfied. Now that what I call service. I hate the wait time to receive the order but all in all stellar company. If I ever want lashes or nails I’d definitely come back here before I go anywhere else.

Scam, I’ve been waiting 2 months for my order I ordered nails more than 2 months ago. Guaranteed ship date of September 10th and still haven’t even been shipped. All I’ve been given is excuses and false claims of “it’s on the way”. All the reviews on the website are fake or they do not show reviews less than 5 stars. Hundreds of 5 star reviews and ZERO 1-4 stars? Unlikely. I wish I read the actual reviews on Better Business Bureau and never ordered from this scammy company.
