GBHighly Recommended Honestly I do not know how or why I am the first person leaving a review for Feedback Whiz. I found this Amazon seller tool after a disappointing trial with a different company. After a couple days of using Feedback Whiz, I knew I had hit the jackpot. The functionality of the site is amazing. I signed up with the intention of automating emails for feedback, but I came out with so much more. I am now using their software for basic accounting as well. They offer a free trial (a lengthy one at that), there is no downside to at least giving them a try. You will not be disappointed. If you are very meticulous and like things to be perfect, you want things done immediately without lag or error, this is for you. It is incredibly user friendly, and their customer support is unparalleled. Specifically, support agent Gigi has been of a huge help to me. I did have a couple questions when first setting up this software, and she responded within an hour or two. I will also add that compared to other websites, their prices are incredibly reasonable. I will be paying $39.98 each month for this service after my trial, and this includes automated emails and the "profits" tab as well which lays out a P&L for me with detail. Highly recommend Feedback Whiz.
