Do not sign up with americanwebdesigning.com We signed up with americanwebdesigning.com over a month ago and our experience has been nothing but frustration and lack of professionalism and accountability from them. They say, its a quick turnaround but it's absolutely not true. We clearly told them that we need this completed quickly and we are still waiting for them to make even simple basic design change to agree on something. It's been nothing but a total waste of time and frustration at this point with them. Total lack of accountability and we still don't know who we are communicating with since no one puts their name or signature at the bottom. The only person that I spoke to was Eric who was quite responsive at the beginning and now I am having a hard time reaching out to him as well. We were then assigned another Sr. Manager Daniel after my previous posting and it's been nothing but excuses and not meeting any deadline. When we do meet to review, nothing gets completed as we discussed. It's like they don't hear anything at all. I have not only clearly explained via screen sharing sessions but also via email with screenshots, and when meet again after several days, they don't do what was asked. I have written them with clear instructions with no luck. None of them answer their phone calls either. I have asked for a full refund and since we are not going anywhere and they are taking their time to respond to any of the emails. This is a scam. I have never worked with a company as bad as this one. Never in the past 28 years being in IT!
