GBDealing with you was one of the worst… Dealing with you was one of the worst purchasing experiences we have had to do. We would not get emails back, no one would ever answer the phone. We wouldn't be able to get hold of anyone for weeks. Simply contacting you and trying to get an answer back was the worst and most difficult part. Even when we were able to get hold of Ivan, he then was waiting for weeks for a response from a colleague. We would then start the process of getting hold of Ivan all over again.

GBI eventually got the product I ordered-… I eventually got the product I ordered- but it took over a month. The time wasn’t the issue, there was no communication until I got frustrated and complained. This score would be much improved if the seller would simply communicate if there was a backorder. Then it was made worse when they obviously lied about it. I called in and was told “we have one for another customer that doesn’t need it fast so we will ship that one to you,” which did not happen. It’s human error and mistakes can happen but I hope they improve.
