I submitted my driving license but they didn't decline my application. And they charge $8.27 from my debit card. But my account wasn't active and they says my virtual address wasn't active. It looks like scam

GBMy experience has been very positive… My experience has been very positive using Anytime Mailbox. The website and app have always worked without issues, and the service is extremely convenient. That said, I think it's important to look into the exact store location that will be handling your mail, as it's all third-party locations actually receiving your mail, not Anytime Mailbox itself. Pricing can also vary quite a bit from location to location as well, so it's important to make sure you understand the pricing of the store location you choose.

GBI was unable to change my forwarding… I was unable to change my forwarding address after multiple attempts. I had to call and was instructed to download your app since I was using my phone. Worked perfectly. You should include in your description about how to forward mail that the app must be downloaded 1st. This would have save a lot of time.

GBI wish this service were better I wish this service were better. Several times the local location scanned the wrong documents or didn't scan things at all. Given that they're handling sensitive financial documents, it makes me very worried about process and quality control. The support takes forever to respond. And when we were ready to switch back to a new permanent address, we couldn't do it because the USPS classifies the mailbox as a business address. We tried to fix the issue with support and they did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation. They have lots of bugs they need to work out, but nobody seems to care enough to do it.
