My only knock and the reason I didn’t give 5 stars is quantity. There are a lot of fragrances I would like to try that are available here. I’m sure that won’t be a problem in the future.

Excellent customer service I ordered from The Fragrance Sample Shop and received my order well packaged and on time. Unfortunately one of the spray bottles would not work correctly. I emailed the company and received a very quick response. They not only offered to send a replacement sprayer at no charge but gave me a coupon to use for future purchases. Jonah in customer service was very pleasant and prompt. I enjoy doing business with people who care about customer service. This experience definitely makes me want to go back for future purchases. Great Shop Great Shop! My go to for sampling fragrances ( and I've gone to several times) prior to deciding a fragrance is full bottle worthy (to me). Shipping is quick and packaged well to ensure you receive in tact. All fragrances are authentic. Selection is good. Glad I found this shop. No more blind buys of full bottles for me.

The Fragrance Sample Shop is a great… The Fragrance Sample Shop is a great company. They allow for the opportunity to sample high-end fragrances at a low cost. In addition, the samples come in high-quality atomizers that let the fragrances be applied as if they were coming from the original bottle. Also, the customer service and shipping are great. I've ordered many samples from this company and they always arrive within a few days.
