We love LeanLaw Customer support has been wonderful. Always so helpful and respond as quickly as possible.

No real customer support There is very little support for the software. Some issues in communication with QBO require conversation and not a chat or a link to the learning center. We have been using the software for around 3 years.

No customer service I have twice tried to set up an onboarding session. The first time the trainer didn’t schedule the agreed upon event, she said she had a family emergency. The second time my response to the trainers email has yet to be answered.

Chat works I received help through the chat platform and then had a video call. I was unsure of the process initially, but I believe I received good and helpful responses through both methods. Also, the LL representative, Melissa, was patience, attentive, and thoughtful in her responses which allowed me to reach my solution in an efficient manner.
