I needed an eCommerce website to sell… I needed an eCommerce website to sell my products in the US. My requirements were quite different since I wanted to do something different. Their project manager Luie did a fine job understanding my point and applying it to the project. Really appreciate their hard work.

I will not use them again My project manager was responsive & the work was completed as requested. This is after all what they were hired to do. I would say 5 stars if I had not had the experience that follows. My site "overhaul" quote was $800 ($500 initially, then $300 later) and already a little over my original $500-$600 budget. Actual cost was $1100+ ($500 + $300 + $300). They sent me a different $300 invoice for SEO writing which I thought it was the final payment. At this time, it's unclear whether this SEO writing will pay off or not. I asked to speak to my sales rep & you guessed it; she was gone. I asked to use the 100% money back guarantee & they didn't because technically all their documentation was "correct" so shame on me for trusting them & not reading the fine print. I don't have all day to argue with them. So, with no other remedy offered & trust broken... I just paid it.
