Backup system DID NOT work... I was using Windows 2016 version of the OS and once I had done the update the system got stuck while rebooting. So I asked the maintenance to restart it and the reply was, that because the system was corrupted the only thing they could do was to install the system again. I thought that it should not be a problem, after all I have the backup done by reliable vps, but after a fresh OS installation it turns out, that ALL my backups done by the system were corrupt!! ALL 3 OF THEM... of course I have lost all my EAs licenses so I guess the name Reliable is not what I would use describing this company

high quality servers They have high quality servers; to my opinion they dont oversell and the response times are great to. There is almost no downtime and when something gets down it gets solved within a couple of hours.

Reliablevps Reliablevps. Nice prices for their more-than-enough packages. Uptime is great I have never noticed my vps down and I work all day on it. Their support always responds fast when I have any questions to ask. I've only needed about 4 tickets and everything has been minor and resolved very quickly.
