GBSo Confusing This whole process was a bit confusing. I feel like signing up was really easy. I was really excited to start out. And the more I learned about the process the more of bad taste I got. The deposit wasn't a big deal for me at all. I thought it was a great idea to ensure that everybody would have a gift by the end of everything. Learning that I had to pick from y'all's shop was disheartening. But I also get it for privacy reasons. Then finding out that "matching day" wasn't actually the day. it was more "Bank transactions clearing day" where you guys would verify my funds and we would get our matches the next day. Do this the week before or something? Then the way that you let us know that our transactions for our bought gift, for our giftee, and that our gifter had completed on their end is very very confusing! On the website it should be clear that both things have happened not an email telling me that both things have happened. I don't want to have to reveal my gift to show that my gifter got me a present. Also it isn't clear at all when you get your giftee a present that it worked. I think that needs to be fixed big time. We do not need tracking information at all we just need something on the website or in the app that says you bought this, you are sending this gift that's all we need to know. Then giftee marks as received. Boom. Done. But it needs to be clear.

GBDon't bother For some reason they decided to wait until the *end* of December to match people for the Secret Santa event, so there was zero chance of items arriving for Christmas. Here we are halfway into January and items are arriving now. Don't bother trying to use Throne on a phone as their mobile site is *complete* garbage and mostly non-functional.

GBSome issues this time Had quite a bit of issues with the Throne Exchange this time around. The website was fully sluggish, and flat-out did not want to load much on Opera GX. I notice this with Throne itself as well, as if the browser just does not recognize well the extension or domain. When I tried to buy my gift, I couldn’t search for some time. And when I searched, I couldn’t add anything to the cart. My partner couldn’t, either. We waited a day and found the issue was fixed, but it was confusing and frustrating for us to try for the hour or so that we kept going at it. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed Throne as a platform, and the Throne Exchanges. I just hope there aren’t as much technical problems next time.
