Easy accounting I run a startup, and we experiment with different business models a lot. The team at Bench is making it easy for us to categorize our transactions, and all of our payment accounts are integrated with Bench. It takes me no more than 30 minutes every month to review everything. Our account leads are helpful, friendly, and prompt. I recommend Bench to other founders. One admin headache less!

Bench is a no brainer for business owners! Bench has been one of the best services/softwares I’ve signed up for since starting my business in 2017 (6.5 years ago)! Bookkeeping is not only a headache for the business owner, but getting it done correctly is vitally important for your taxes. Esther is always responsive and will get on calls with my tax guy as needed, her and the team always go above and beyond!! Highly recommend!

Good value for money The service is good value for money and for the most part books are managed promptly. There are busy seasons when I'd like to see a faster turnaround, so that's an area that could improve. The team is easy to work with and make themselves available for calls which is particularly helpful for a new entrepreneur so I don't have to completely rely on messages but can speak to an actual person and ask questions. I would recommend Bench to small businesses and new entrepreneurs in particular. You get value for money.

They are regularly late They are regularly late with my bookkeeping, and I asked for a change in bookkeeper, which was ignored. I got my tax packet for 2024 taxes in April of 2024!

Bench charged every month but did not deliver anything they promised :(( We starte dto work with Bench as a C Corp 7 months ago and we paid every month regularly monthly fees. We had no banking transaction on 2023 so the simplest accounting and Tax return File you can imagine but they could not deliver it on 15th April. And they don't tell you that their service fee does not cover Tax Return to IRS till last day of 15th April for non resident shareholders. They are just a software company and no knowledge on book keeping and tax return filing as they could not help us even on simple C Corp Tax File Extension Application (they have not done before :(( ) No one can explain me why we paid 300 USD per month ...
