Great customer care … My order from LavaArt was “stuck” on the continent of Europe & I’m on the island of Ireland so I got it touch with Divina @lavaart cosmetics. She informed me to get in touch with Deutche post which was near to impossible……… Within days of explaining this to Divina again…… voila …… my delivery arrived - I love it - Lava Art foundation is great to carry on a night out or as a daytime foundation- it’s a go to. 25N is my chosen shade and it covers beautifully. Though pricey & no need of a new case each time I’ll be back…..

This is a very good product This is a very good product, I really like the coverage, it's light, it blends well and it feels good on the skin, it even makes your skin better if you have like me a oily combination skin. The only minus is that is quite expensive because you get very little product. Fore me I think it's worth it because the product is very good and the support is so nice and help you very quickly.

I was a massive fan of the Lavaart… I was a massive fan of the Lavaart foundation. But the customer service is shocking. I changed my address 5 times and they still sent to my old address. I don’t mind the foundation but it’s extremely expensive and lasts for 4 weeks until it expires. It’s minimal coverage. Good for summer. I’m going to cancel my subscription after my last box was delivered badly damaged. $70 for a refill. No thanks.
