Great Company I can't say enough good things about this company. I had made an error in my first order, contacted their customer service and they responded to me pretty fast, on a Friday night! They made the correction and I received all of my products in about a week. Since then, I have placed 3 more orders of the Sanitas products. They were even polite enough to email me to tell me that shipping would take a little longer due to Jaclyn Hill's video. I understood bc she was why I was trying the Sanitas brand in the first place. Excellent communication though on their part that is highly appreciated

The products are pacakged with care and delivered without damages. I also love that samples are included with my orders. The website is easy to navigate and well organized. I like the variety of products offered and for all skin types. Many of the brands I've never heard of and like that I have the opportunity to try products outside of my norm.
