This company is a huge scam This company is a huge scam! They literally charged me $30 for two pairs of contact lenses and then told me that there was a problem with my payment method yet it come directly off of my credit card and I have that ,of course, as provable. It's a scam all they do is take your money and you never get anything in return and you cannot get a hold of anyone. Even their replies aren't in proper English. Save yourself the time ,money and hassle ,and do not buy from this company. UPDATE ** SO THEY REPLAY ,AND THE jokers CLAIM TO HAVE DELIVERED THE PACKAGE🤣 HOW WOULD THAT EVEN BE EARTHLY POSSIBLE SINCE THE ORDER WAS PLACED AROUND 11:30 LAST NIGHT AND THEY ARE IN CHINA ?? NO THE PACKAGE WAS NOT DELIVERED AS IT'S NOT EVEN HUMANLY POSSIBLE CONTACT THE FEDERAL TRADE COMMISSION ABOUT THESE PEOPLE

I'm having the same problem they are… I'm having the same problem they are sending the same message over and over again talking about send SKU number or if you want another prescription change so I did send them a new Sku number then later on their saying send the SKU # again over and over DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY ITS A FRAUD & A SCAM IM ON THE ON THE PHONE WITH MY BANK TO REPORT FRAUD FROM THIS COMPANY TO GET MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!
