Was dubious at first I have to admit i was very dubious at first, I even messaged to check that the perfumes were real and not smell alikes, I was assured that they were genuine so decided to order. I ordered the Penhalgans Cousin Flora which i had fallen in love with but did not want to pay over £200 pounds for. When the product arrived it came beautifully packed and I have to say that I am over the moon. Will definitely use this company again.

Picture of bottle not as advertised. The angel perfume was advertised with picture of star original bottle. When arrived it was in a sgcoligne bottle and their box. Didn't smell original either. Contacted for return twice but no response.

I ordered something on 13th December I ordered something on 13th December - it’s now the 30th and I haven’t received it. I have sent several emails asking where it is but have had no response. Not at all happy with this terrible customer service! I want a refund.

Next day delivery didn't arrive, had to do a chargeback on my card Paid extra for next day delivery, purchased on the 1st. Royal Mail tracking is showing it hasn't even been dispatched yet 3 days later, and apparently they only ship Mon-Fri so the earliest it'll be dispatched is the 6th. Why even offer that option on the website if, as many people here have said, you're not going to stick to it? Update: have had to do a chargeback on my card as the store owner isn't answering any of my emails
