GBThe service WAS great for 4 years… The service was great for 4 years. I recently switch to QB Online and requested a cancellation of my Ace Cloud account. I spoke to a rep who was horrible. He kept badgering me, telling me that QB Online is like a 3 month old baby. I explained that it didn’t matter, I already switched and I was happy with my decision. He kept going on and on. I finally told him I would dispute with my credit card company if he didn’t let me cancel. Worst cancellation experience ever.

GBWe're a small CPA firm and we use them… We're a small CPA firm and we use them to host some tax and accounting software. A couple of technical issues with the initial installation, but their support is great, and you can call them anytime. Great value too. I recommend.
