RUN BEFORE IT'S TO LATE!!!! RUN BEFORE IT'S TO LATE!!!! I had a website built by 360 Digital Bay and it has been an absolute nightmare to get issues addressed. I finally got tired of asking to have things fixed. I have since reached out to another company locally to have my Website rebuilt from scratch. I made multiple phone calls and sent multiple messages to get things resolved, yet I received responses like "I will pass that on to the developers to get looked at" with no attempt to check if the issue was resolved. I gave multiple opportunities to fix things and continuously got pushed away. I was Promised an informative website with full editing Functionality and online booking. I cannot edit or add images to the galleries nor was the correct information included in my online booking. I had simply gotten tired of asking to have things fixed with no corrections made. I was then told "you have full access to your site its just you are unable to manage it." Instead of addressing the issues they offer me a Maintenance Package as an upsell. After reaching my limit I asked for a refund for a failure to meet expectations and failure to provide the services promised. To which they responded "your site has been up for two months so we cannot give a refund"! Instead they tried to offer multiple "FREE PERKS"! Before you consider having 360 Digital Bay build your website take my Experience into account! I WILL NEVER CONSIDER THEM FOR ANOTHER PROJECT!

Exceptional customer service I am so very grateful for Nick and his team! He was so very patient with me as I wanted to embrace our ideas and I had to regularly get approval from our board (we are nonprofit). He was able to capture the vision and paid attention to every little detail until we felt completely satisfied! I read some other reviews, but I have communicated with many other developers and the price here is very economical for everything and the commitment to customer service sets 360 DigitalBay a cut above the rest. Thank you Nick and team for everything, we love our new website and are thankful we chose your hosting platform as it’s much more affordable than what we were using (GoDaddy). 10 out of 10 , thanks!!
