GBI purchased around 13 of Amazon… I purchased around 13 of Amazon Returns, End of Line, Apple Products iPhones iPads Earbuds and other devices. I also purchased goods that gave me 3 x 7ft pallets of Powertools (DeWalt, Milwaukee, and other makes) then lots of Toys and Games for children aged 3 to 15yrs old. Not one of those pallets over 18 months ever arrived and Amazon HQ in Europe, Asia, America and the United Kingdom were even interested in helping me, they said that effectively I had purchased from each of these vendors entering a contract with them and Amazon could do nothing about it. I need to explain, my year is based on collecting as much money and goods as possible to donate from my scooter club, The Hill Of The Ravens Scooter Club (a charity motivated club) who donate to around 100 families, who are financially struggling, people like Single Parent Families, Disabled, Women’s Refuges, Elderly and other members of the public who just can’t afford to both buy toys for their kids or feed their kids. Amazon refused to help me so I tried to buy some more from Amazon Warehouse Sellers but those who are based in the United Kingdom, then if there was any issues, I could travel to Gateshead area and either collect the pallets myself or confront the Warehouse Manager and find a solution that would allow me to finally get the goods I have paid for. I hope that this statement helps others who are struggling and who see Amazon as a saviour, I was even willing to take the hit on all the pallets outside the U.K., if the seven pallets from the U.K. vendor were to arrive, I would be happy enough with that. I would even collect them myself.
