GBGood user experience Madcityservers is a good host provider. I've used their server for 2 months, the server is not only cheaper than other host providers but also has an easy-to-use user panel. At the beginning, I had a registration problem, so I opened a ticket, and the team quickly responded to me and solved the problem. So far everything is working fine. If there is no problem, I will continue to use their service.

ESLovely hosting Lovely hosting, been almost a client for 3 months now, great uptime, performance, ping, and of course, lovely support, response within minutes if not seconds. 10/10 hosting, recommended. ~ Sergio (HostingScape)

CAGreat VPS and Support I have recently sign up for Madcityservers and have been really happy. I got there VPS and they were able to price match from another provider. When I contacted support for price match they replied with in 13mins I have not needed any other support because it has all “just worked”. Server performance has been excellent for the 4vcore on AMD Ryzen 9 5900X I get 1485 Single-Core Score and 4613 Multi-Core Score with geekbench 5.

GBOutages, poor user support, data loss They have frequent unannounced outages, which are usually quite short and not a huge issue for me. However, one was going quite long (>1h) and was disrupting my service significantly so I reached out to customer support to see what was going on. I got very frustrated in the chatbox, and told them to "get their s*** together", after which the rep closed my thread saying if I disliked their service to find a different provider. They then terminated my account, meaning I lost access to the host server and its data. No response when I pleaded with them via apology emails for a backup copy (which they promise 48hr access to for closed accounts). Update: After posting this review, I finally received an email response from them, saying they'd only return my data if I "corrected" the review. I told them the review was correct, but I'd be happy to change anything if they could please just release my data. They then threatened to sue me for "slander" if I didn't take it down, and ended communication. To protect myself and show evidence to any interested 3rd parties, I've linked full transcripts of both email threads with them (I'd link the original support chat from their site as well, but am unable to access it without my account): Postimg.cc gallery code: QNDLp7P Update 2024-02-26 (replying to Madcity's updated comment, where you say I haven't reached out): Hi Madcityservers - I have emailed you about my data; I can't reply to the ticket on your website since you closed my account. I've also tried reaching out to the service@ and sales@ emails on your contact page asking for my data, but have been ignored/denied (respectively).. It's awkward that you only seem to acknowledge me here on Trustpilot, please let me know what official channel we could use, if you do truly still have my data and are willing to return it. Update 2024-03-01: Radio silence still. I'm presuming my data is destroyed/stolen. I kinda hope they carry through with the "slander" lawsuit threat, since it'd be interesting to see what a judge thinks of it all.
