CAGreat exchange policy I purchased this Costco online in December, once received it only worked once and then malfunctioned. Contacted Silk’n and they sent out a replacement which so far is functioning. I have no comments yet on how good it works at stopping hair growth.

DEDon't purchase online from them because… Don't purchase online from them because their carrier is DPD. My order is stuck in DPD in same city for 3 days. But Silk'n wrote in their website when I was ordering that delivery time to Germany is 2-3 working day. I need my order today Because I'm living Germany on Monday. Don't buy from them directly
