The product came quickly and it was exactly what I ordered. Everything was as describd, with no surprises. The customer service was also good but I can't say it was exceptional. Mshape Beauty has a great reputation… Mshape Beauty has a great reputation for EMS body sculpting tech and my recent conversations with their staff confirmed this. Sabrina especially is very knowledgeable and gave good advice on marketing the service as well as how to make the sculpting treatment more effective. We just made our first purchase recently and plan to be back for more soon.
