Works, but the support was terrible. The service is reliable usually, however there are has been multiple cases of node failure and lack of response in tickets. The support is subpar and on multiple cases entirely unanswered. I tried updating tickets, and found that multiple of their lines of communication for support are down including their Email, Discord, and Livechat. In the event of a system error or you fail to pay on-time your databases will be wiped irreversibly and your files will be locked from view until a technician manually replaces them, in my case which resulted in permissions being unset and having to redo all the permissions I had within my data.

Amazing Service Great service and great support. Servers run amazing and some of the best for the prices, had a few issues where a bug with my panel installation caused extremely high I/O usage but Nathan gave us a ping and assisted in helping us diagnose the issue. Winstri is a great great hosting service. Nathan at Winstri is a great guy. Any questions I have almost immediately get answered, not by some robot or a condescending BS answer, but real, personable answers. The server quality is also fantastic, low prices and quality is what I believe foremost important to them. Great services and support By being a partner for a very long time with Winstri I gotta say that their team and services are amazing! Always quick responses and almost no downtime other than when they need to do some upgrades on the node but that is always for the better. If you are looking for a new host I would recommend Winstri without any doubts
