this company will take your money not… this company will take your money not return an email or a phone call in ghost you we spent $14,000 and we’ve not heard anything from them and they’re five months behind delivery of the website this is a con these people are criminals don’t use their services now we’re suing them

its been 5 months since we embarked… its been 5 months since we embarked Design Zone to develop our website, at the beginning, their communication was superb, later and with specific vendors of our choice on we embarked them to book our domain name and hosting services , there was no time frame set for developing our website, I said take the time you need but keep it reasonable and deliver a good job with no rush around, now there communication is almost at a zero rate I have to send message after message to get a response after 5-10 days, at later message, I said if I'm not getting a response I will badly rate you, then they responded setting 15 May for delivery and vague answer about the domain and hosting , so far nothing is delivered and no update of whatsoever, they neglect your requests over & over again, thus I rate them at 1 star for now till I get the site delivered 5 days from now UPDATE • On 12 January 2021 Fadi’s Furniture signed an agreement employing the Design zone to develop their website total project cost agreed was $1999 • Within the aforesaid agreement, the contractor the Design Zone, promised Top Level Domain with HTTP: • The Timeline to complete the entire project was 20-25 business days [Reference signed agreement • On 3/10/2021 As part of the agreement Fadi’s Furniture asked the contractor to purchase the domain name fadisfurniture.com from Network Solution and register is for 3 years On 11/3/2021 Fadi’s Furniture paid for the domain registration the mount of $560, receipt of the payment is available to share • As we haven’t get a confirmation of purchasing the domain name or the access to its existence or any registration nor password information On 4/29/2021 we asked the Design Zone about the purchase of the domain • On a phone conversation with Jay Martin of the Design Zone who took over from Dave he admitted that the domain name was purchased and registered to some other company they know, and when told that this is a hijacking and breach of trust, he addressed an email asking Fadi’s Furniture to pay the reminder of the project payment $800 although they haven't finished it , in order to get the domain transfer to Fadi’s Furniture! • 10th of August the Design Zone was asked to pay back the $1199 initial payment & the domain registration payment of $560 as its proven overtime that they are unable to deliver the website nor the domain registration as agreed • On the same day 10 August, the design zone refuse to payback claiming that the terms and conditions has been revised on their website • On attachments 10 , 11 & 12 the correspondence back and forth Fadi’s Furniture advising the design zone that the signed agreement never change and whatever they publish on their website is irrelevant to the agreement between the two parties whom signed on specific terms and conditions that should be honored by both parties and our demand for the refund is based on the signed agreement terms and conditions Fadi’s Furniture & Mattress Inc have requested the refund as the contractor the Design Zone has breached the contract in many ways: 1. The contract specified the completion with 20-25 business days from January the 12, where in fact Fadi’s Furniture keep pushing the contractor to finish the basic website functions throughout August which means 7 months from the commencement day Namely 173 business days! And the website is still less than 10 static pages filled with nonfunctional links 2. The Design Zone hijacked the domain name (fadisfurniture.com) we purchased through them assuming they are our trusted web-developer and shamelessly registered the our domain name to a third party, and later on refusing to reinstate the domain name to Fadi’s Furniture unless we pay them more money as transfer fees 3. using online domain registration search, it clearly appears the name is registered to a firm called namecheap.com and not to Fadi's Furniture although its paid in full upfront by Fadi's Furniture
