INI Got Better!!! A start up company, with a huge futurestic tech based solution and development for eCommerce. Been there for a interview call for a node.js development offer(physically).Covid precaution was done perfect with new N95 face masks and sanitizers handy. The HR team was utterly good with getting the precise and relevant questions on the interview. The employes were very friendly making me feel comfortable with their friendly mannerisms both male and female staff. My knowledge actually got better with my seniors guidances and supports. To me it seems a place where one can learn more gaining more knowledge on what we really stepped in on the very first day. Thanks you guys for the supports, guidances and the OFFER😊

INExtract work in the name of samples In LinkedIn, I was called by the HR of this startup for the position of content writer. She had asked me to write a sample essay on the topic, "Ecommerce trends in 2021". Also, she asked the expected pay. I wrote an essay for 600 words and sent it along with the expected pay. She asked me to attend the interview the next day. I thought to attend the formal interview. However, I guess this is the only company which conducts interview face-to-face (in person) during the times of COVID-19. On attending the interview, the interviewer himself was not sure with his communication skills. He lacked confidence & felt sheepish to ask me questions. As he saw my resume, he asked me to introduce myself & I did so. He gave me an A4 sheet, asked me to write a product description for 'iPhone 12 mini pro'. I researched for an hour & started writing the description for about 300 words. Meanwhile, an employee marched towards my table, he asked me," Hey, have you completed the writing?" I was wondering. He proceeded further, "Actually there is a client requirement, the client has asked to write web content for the bamboo toothbrush- organic products. So can you just change the topic for a sample article?' "Is your father is waiting outside?", he enquired. I just told him, "Yes, moreover, it's just for sample purpose right? I can write with the given topic and I have almost finished it" "Ok ok", he agreed & went to the cabin. I wrote the essay and went to his cabin. The interviewer skimmed the essay, & turned his laptop towards me, ''I wanted you to write specifications like this" he fingered the screen. Then he asked me whether I can write an email and write for social media. I was puzzled about my role. I was asked by the HR for the role of writer (mainly web content), the interviewer asked for product description & he asked to write for social media & email. My confused thoughts went in a loop. He asked me regarding the joining date. Then he asked me to wait outside the cabin. Meanwhile, HR came and informed me that, "We will discuss with our team, there are a few candidates to process as well. So we will inform you at the end of the day. Thank you for coming", she said. I was not even informed about the pay. I went home with my dad. On our way home, dad asked me, "What had happened?" I told everything & he asked me, "Didn't they tell you about the pay? That's the purpose why we visited them today to get to know them." Hearing that, I asked the HR, "Hey, I wasn't informed about the pay but they asked about the joining date". "Don't worry, we will tell you by end of the day" she texted. She texted again, "Muthulakshmi, can you write a sample web content for the bamboo toothbrush- organic products as our client has asked us." The same topic was asked by that employee in the office & again she has asked me to write the same. I told her, "To test my capability, I have written the sample writings on the topics- trends in e-commerce 2021, apple iPhone mini 12 product description. For the clients, let's discuss the sample written copy charges and proceed further. Thanks." She said, "Exactly, thanks for your better understanding". After that, this company did not contact me in any mode. From this, I understood about this startup: - They come like they hire people, but they only get a plethora of samples to get their work done for free. (Maybe they run this role with sample essays.) - Just think, if they get their work done while interviewing a person, whether can they can give limited work once we are hired & get paid? They have asked the sample thrice which suggests it is not at all sample. - They aren't even clear about the role of the person whom they are in requirement. They asked me to manage everything regarding writing. - The pay isn't confirmed & directed to the interviewee. But the interviewer talks about the joining date. There is no coordination within their team. -They don't even know that the employees should be working from home during the time of COVID-19. Please think before you get fooled by this company.
