I have started a return due to a minor issue with a T-shirt and customer service was on the spot and very helpful. I love the free shipping and the care sellers use when packaging and shipping their lovely products. I am very much a loyal fan to the W!

CAI had an almsot good experience with… I had an almsot good experience with thewmarketplace.I wasn't amazed by them, but all in all did fairry ok. They weren't bad, but weren't great either. The custmer support was ok, though they weren't extremly helpful. It was good enouhg. Identity verficiation and banking went according to plan and without a hich. All in all an ordianry, imdrnate experience. So if you're looking for somehing ordinrary, then this could be for you. But don't exepect astonishmnet.

I've bought several items on The W Marketplace, including candles, drink mix, leggings, and a cool bold-print dress that actually FIT (this rarely happens). There's a fun selection and it's really important to me to support women-owned businesses AND non-Amazon sellers. The one time an item arrived damaged, it was replaced immediately, no problem.

GBDELIVERY ISSUES I realize this has nothing to do with the product itself, but I had issues with the delivery. I was sent a notice that it would be delivered by UPS at my door. It was not! UPS delivered it to the post office and after a trip to the post office to track down my package and going online to file a complaint with USPS, I finally got my vinegar.
