One should NOT consider this a guarantee that you are shopping at a legitimate commerce site! The site I used claims they guarantee money back, but on day 31 they said "sorry Charlie" and Norton only covers first 30 days.

GBI purchased an item for what I thought was a good price… I purchased an item for a good price online, the seller sent me an email with my invoice and I also received an email from Norton Shopping Guarantee with all the info of my transaction and a Guarantee number at no charge to me. Two days later the seller had the same item at $40 less. I checked out the Norton Shopping Guarantee, sent them a copy of my invoice and a screenshot of the new advertised price and within hours my $40 refund was approved!
