GBIt really works! I used the services of Norton Shopping Guarantee to reclaim money taken from by a scam company. Fortunately I was able to register my dispute with Norton and their involvement meant that I got a full refund from the scam company ketopurediet. I'm sure that with out Norton's involvement I would not have got anywhere.

GBI was supposed to receive a rebate on a lower price match I was supposed to receive a rebate on a lower price match but after several weeks with nothing I contacted them. Very slow to respond and after verifying my address said a new check would be issued. It has now been another month with no refund and almost another week with no response after I attempted to contact them again. Initial approval was dated Dec. 20, 2022
