I've seen some negative reviews here about the instruction manual, I think it's best to remember this device is supposed to be used on the face, so if some people are like myself and wanting to use it on other areas of the body, the manual doesn't fully cover that. Which I believe is fair given the fact it is a facial skincare & hair removal device. Anyways, I emailed them and got a very detailed response within a day!
