GBAMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE I sent a message on Facebook to inquire why were there so few 3 wick candles available. Not only did I receive an almost immediate response, but my inquiry was met with a response asking me which candle(s) I wanted. Upon my response, I had an invoice in my inbox along for those requested candles along with a code for a currently running promotion. I honestly didn't expect the super fast response nor did I expect the requested candles to be shipped out immediately after the invoice was paid. Grace+Love is my go to for candles!!

GBSweet grandmother's spatula, oh my! Excellent first time customer experience! A buddy had recommended this candle company to me as a local, great business so I gave 'em a shot! I needed a few candles as a 'Thank you!' gift and these met the bill. They weren't crazy expensive, I received an appropriate amount of customer follow-up on order status, they arrived quickly and in-tact even with the base tier shipping, and I hear that they smell fantastic! Aaaanywho. I'll be a repeat customer for sure, thanks again!

GBI did not receive a notice that my… I did not receive a notice that my order was available for pick-up. I emailed them about it after almost a week. After that, I got quick responses. I have ordered from them before and did not have any problems.
