IEI was a big fan of DUA up until my… I was a big fan of DUA up until my recent order (No. 373633). Ordered two fragrances on the 10th March, and I am still waiting for it to dispatch. They warned me it would take 5-8 days for the order to be shipped due to them getting a new system, and that time has passed. Their communication has been flippant and unreliable. Avoid.

GBI ordered on April 13 I ordered on April 13, and am just now getting the items on April 27th. Their email updated blamed “too many ordered” then their customer service put the entire blame on the shipping vendors. Companies get to choose what shipping vendors they use, so you might want to look inward on that and not try to throw a third party under the bus. Also they didn’t offer anything but a weak apology to make things right. Why not send the email with a 10% off discount? Instead they said sorry and refused to do anything except for constantly shift blame even when I shared screenshots that contradicted what was being said.

GBWaste of Money I ordered several bottles, because I was excited about affordable prices on luxury brands. BIG mistake!! Now I paid for six bottles that I CANNOT return or at least exchange for the perfumes I do want to keep. What a waste of money. Don’t buy these perfumes unless you are very sure that is the fragrance you want. Customer service is very poor in my opinion.

GBGin & Tonic My most recent purchase was a Dua original, Gin & Tonic. It is a citrus scent(my favo9rite fragrance type) with juniper, musk and vetiver which are some of my favorite notes in perfume. It is fresh and perfect for warm summer months but I would wear it anytime because I love it.

GBLove Dua! Considering that I only became a customer in 2023, I have amassed quite a collection of fragrances, both dupes and originals, from them. In the rare case that I need help from customer service, they always go above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied. High quality fragrances! The owner is very passionate about his craft and his company, and he regularly interacts with customers in the Dua Facebook groups. I am beyond happy...I am a bit obsessed!
