GBTheir customer service is pretty much… Their customer service is pretty much non-existent. They don't respond to any questions about you order. They also don't have a phone number to contact. My order has been in the same location/status (shipping label created) for 15 days. I've sent them multiple emails for assistance the last 6 days.
