My old company website shut down my… My old company website shut down my whole website with warning. There was no way for me to get in touch with them. Harry at this new company set up the website the same day I contacted him. He also went out of his way to help me load and export my email. Going through a lot of stress, but I'm grateful to Harry for taking on my job at such short notice. The only issue I had was that I had constantly remind him about my project which can be frustrating at times as a business owner.

Even though Jeff is in a time zone three hours behind us, he was very accessible and responded promptly. The work was completed within the timeline communicated to us. I felt like I had Disney Studio at my beckon call!’ Ray’s Creativity was so helpful easy to work with Most important they listen to YOU and try to convey your thoughts ! A home run guys!!

If I could give less than 1 star, I would I engaged services of this company in December 2022. They were very positive at first, said they could deliver what we agreed upon. Contracts were signed and money exchanged. We agreed upon several consultations, and the group were to 1. render drawings based on discussions 2. create and develop a 2D model and 3. create and develop a 3D model. The costs for all this was very high (over $1000 USD). I barely received #1; #2 was horrendous and never got #3. This was after 6 months of going back and forth. The 2nd item (#2) was the worst I’ve ever seen. We got into a discussion and they were trying to smooth things out and rework the product. Fact of the matter is, I don’t think they have the knowledge, skill, or vocabulary to satisfy the customer. They’re nice people just not very good at what they do. So basically, I paid a little over $500 for 5 drawings as they agreed to a partial refund since they could not deliver what they promised. They talk a good talk, but it’s the deliverance that any of us want and what we paid for. I would not use this company again. Here were the final issues: 1. they didn’t deliver all that they said they would 2. I did not get my money’s worth 3. they don’t have the skilled labor to do a high quality job 4. refunding my money was problematic and 5. there was a large lag time between discussions and when they said they would have products completed. I felt they started working on my project at each level ONLY AFTER I contacted him. Like I had to remind them that I was still waiting for a product and then they scrambled at the last minute to complete and product something mediocre. Instead, use fiverr. I’m using them now and they’ve been great.
