One employee who stands out is Jonathan has a calm demeaner and always try to help me as soon as needed. He corresponded with me by E mail, Text messages and WhatsAPP. He gets me to others who can help me when he thinks he is unfamiliar with a problem he cannot resolve. He taught me how to resolve issues myself using good teaching skills and expertise.
