Horrible service lost Data stay AWA Horrible service I purchased a dedicated Vmware server from them with Raid 5. 3 times I had issues with it and it was giving of a storage alert and the 3 times it went down and they repaired and not replaced the drive till the 4th time it failed raid 5 and I Lost all my data. This is not a reliable service they don't monitor they don't fix issues when it reported as i did 3 ties with disk issues and outages. They use old failing hardware. STay away from this company

I purchased a server with a 1 Gbps… I purchased a server with a 1 Gbps dedicated connection, immediately did speed and latency tests from around the world, and I wasn't given anywhere NEAR a 1 Gbps connection, much less dedicated. The customer support, which you will need even if you can compile your own kernels, because their hardware can't handle anything. I am pretty sure I was given a 7+ year old Xeon with 1066 DDR3, and wow it was terrible. A $80 VPS beat my server in every speed test except multicore and, the VPS only had 16 GB of RAM compared to that of 128 of serverroom.net I wouldn't say this is a scam, they do sell servers, but there is a reason for the price. It's very very bad.

Great customer service We've been using Server Room for the last year now, and we've had a great experience so far. We've tested different dedicated servers with GPUs and the reliability has been excellent. Our account manager is very responsive. We're satisfied with the service provided.

Their support system could be improved. Edit: After initial problems regarding bandwidth issues, they were able to provide a full refund on the charges. Their Facebook chat service was very efficient. It's a pity that their support system doesn't have a ticket system and it took almost a week to get full support / and clear answers from them.
