Hats Off To Design Creatic!!! Jason & Alex from Design Creatic were a great team from start to finish. We began with just a logo, but it evolved into web design, email and domain. It was a fantastic experience!

Great designs, but… My original experience with this company was 5 stars. Great designs and all but after paying and asking for copyrights for logo I was told it would take a few months but it never happened. Not to mention after a while of asking about it they blocked me from the app that was used to communicate with them- Basecamp. After spending money to get this stuff done it is very disappointing not to get what you paid for.

In the end, it worked! I ordered a package for a new logo for my Twitch/YouTube channels. The logo was presented to me with full ownership rights. In addition, I was provided some extra logos from the review process as compensation for delays. My only critique is that they did spend a lot of time trying to get me to upgrade to other services that are not applicable to my needs.
