I can say that it has always been an absolute pleasure working with SSD Nodes management and their teams. We do not have a customer/vendor relationship as is commonplace in today's business world, we have created a "partnership" over the years and work closely together regarding "our" goals and objectives. They are conscientious, integrity-driven, quick to respond, and easy to work with at all times! I am looking forward to another 4 years, 7 months, 6 days, and more as we continue to grow together.

They're keeping my money for a service I'm not using. ssdnodes seemed reputable so I signed up for a several-year engagement. After having a rough start and their service not fitting my needs, I decided to cancel. At that point they gave me a credit on an account that I won't be using. They refuse to give me a refund saying that I'm past the 14 day trial and then trying to explain their profitability calculations as an excuse for not refunding money they're keeping while not providing a service that I'm using. In my book that's called stealing and I'd had for anyone that I care about to have this same experience. Do not use them. Stay away.

Great servers and service I've purchased several unmanaged VPSs from them since April 2016. My needs have changed and I only maintain one right now, but if they started offering more servers in an area that works for my sites, I'd buy one or two more if the opportunity arose. I don't think I could be happier with how my servers performed.

Cost efficient & Dependable I really like how easy everything was with setting up my server. Their products is budget friendly but also very dependable. Really recommended. Also the technical team was very helpful with setting my inquiries.

Great support and well priced packages Support is always quick to reply to any questions I have. The packages are priced out annually and offer some pretty great savings when compared to other providers. Routine maintenance is always performed with advanced notice and is hardly noticeable. I switched away from shared hosting because the performance and resources couldn't always handle spikes in traffic. With SSD Nodes I've been able to support increases in traffic and better plan how resources are utilized.
