DEHorrible Customer Service Imagine you want to reset a password (@t-online.de), but you can't because the email never hits your inbox. (Possibly due to blacklist or bad configuration). This is a critical issue when customers don't receive invoices or login-related emails. The support team has absolutely no idea and is not helpful at all.

GBVince was great, process needs work though Vince was very helpful and took care of the problem right away as opposed to having to wait for the usual up to 24 hours. I would suggest changes be made to the system to avoid this problem though. I got tied up and didn't renew my cert before it expired. Once that happens there doesn't appear to be any way to renew it and if you try to get a new one it won't let you do so on the same domain because the old one is expired. Seems silly to be that way, even if expired, you should be able to renew without having to contact support.
