Quick shipment Quick shipment, packed well, better prices. Would like a better receipt system though. I don't think I ever got an email confirming order and there wasn't really anything to print on the website unless you do it before confirming order (if you shop as a guest, anyway).

Fast shipment but NOT authentic fragrance Shipment was fast (hint the extra star) but perfume did not smell authentic at all. Luckily I found one bottle from another site but I’m now stuck with a ton of bottles that smell nothing like the original perfume. (I ordered a lot because it was just discontinued). I will no longer order again

Haven't received the order yet (got it but not happy in all) Haven't received the order yet. Didn't receive a tracking email with the info as to when it would be delivered until after I emailed the service....since I can't call them. It is time sensitive as it is for a present for a person a a trip leaving soon. So I hope it gets here on time, because I bet I won't be able to return it, if this is any indication....Update--did get the item 1 day before needed (5 days after the expected delivery date), and they did get back to me by email eventually (probably after the review posted)....still not comfortable with the whole ordering system.

Good experience both times The order process and delivery were both quick and the cost was more reasonable than what I would have paid if I purchased it in a retail store. This was my second order with Buy Beauty and I have ben impressed both times.
