Update*** 4:23pm Customer rep reached out to me very quickly and they informed me they will be sending out replacements. Service was prompt and the customer rep took the matter seriously. They are wonderful when it comes to returns and ensuring customers’ issues are handled well.

Awesome! I was a little skeptical about ordering higher-end skincare from a site I wasn’t familiar with, but ecosmetics is amazing! The products are the same as what I buy at other stores, but for less money. And, I was able to use a discount code as well! The shipping was very fast. I’m so glad I found this site! Great Company! I’ve been ordering from Ecosmetics for a couple of years and everything they have sent me has been of high quality and fresh. I’ve had to make returns to other retailers due to things like oxidized vitamin c serum and have ordered from Ecosmetics with no such issue on top of getting an amazing discount as well. On the occasion I did return something because the product just didn’t work out, the return process was easy and I was refunded promptly. Definitely will continue to be a customer !

Amazing spot for shopping beauty products! eCosmetics is now my favorite spot for shopping beauty products! It as an amazing selection of fragrances, make-ups, skin care, and hair care. My favorite part of shopping here is that eCosmetics carries a lot of products that are not available anywhere else in the United States, for example, Atelier cologne that has been discontinued with in the States, and Clarins skin illusion foundation, which is not available in North America. It ships fast and the packaging is good, too. I will recommend this site to any of beauty enthuastics that simply love shopping online :)
