Great customer service They were quick to contact me when there was an issue. They mentioned that their inventory was not correct and didn’t have the item. They also mentioned that even though they didn’t have the item they tried to get it from a different location. They offered to replace it but I choose a refund because it was a gift for someone. They were fast to respond and extremely helpful. Great communication and customer support.

Wrong item sent and no replies to solve the issue I got the wrong item and I also described the issue, that a wrong broken item was given to me. They replied to me asking for proof and now they disappeared. It’s been 2 weeks already but they haven’t replied to my mail after that. From this I can say they are intentionally ignoring my mails so that they don’t have to pay for my returns.

Normally great! Normally great!! Never any issues, however I emailed almost a year ago about a purchase I made where I had issues with my bottle leaking and the bottle basically disintegrating (photos were provided..) and never heard back despite numerous attempts from me. (Also was a niche scent that wasn’t cheap) this site has great prices and options but don’t expect any kind of customer service.

Best price and customer service. I placed order of the Armaf Club de nuit at 0100A.m and the fragrance was delivered at 9 p.m. Within same day i got my order. On the other hand the fragrance is beast mode. Have been getting a lots of compliments. The fragrance performs really well. From now on i will only be buying all my fragrances from Perfumeonline only. The price and the customer service is unbeatable in my opinion.
