I am using the cloud QB hosting… I am using the cloud QB hosting services of Cloudwalks from almost 4 years and I have never faced any issues. There response time is amazing.

Consistent 5-Star service Through the years, Cloudwalks has given consistently great service. We never have to wait long to be assisted by Support. We would recommend them to anyone!

One star is too much One star is too much. We have been using Cloudwalks for about 6 months and have encountered issues almost daily. Many, many down times. Disconnections once a week minimum. Very poor tech support. Their claim of 99.9% uptime is a gross exaggeration, we have been down for entire business days on multiple occasions. They have cost my small business a tremendous amount due to their very poor performance. I do not recommend them

Needless to say Needless to say, you'll have no support worries with Cloudwalks. Whenever I have had any issues, I have received prompt responses by email or live chat. I won’t hesitate to say that their support is second to none. I look forward to many years working with them.

The support people were not helpful and… The support people were not helpful and never answered my questions. I was unable to load my data because support did not help me. Took a couple of weeks to cancel and they charged me a fee to cancel for a service I was unable to use.
