I bought the famous cryptkeeper miner… I bought the famous cryptkeeper miner that Lightspeed Hosting offered to me back in March 2021, i have paid $21k for it with the immersion option, they have commited to 4-8 weeks delivery times however after big efforts and many hours lost chasing them i've received my miner after almost 4 months, not only that but it was running with air option not the immersion one, which i paid around $6k more to get it, until this day i still haven't received the immersion cooling service. They have threatened me that if i share my experience here on Trustpilot i would have my miner sitting spare without hosting it, so i would have lost my whole investment, now that i have sold my miner i'm writing this review to describe what i went through since March till this day, it was really a horrible experience and since i live overseas i could not do anything to recover my money back or to make lightspeed give me what i paid for. You should think twice before planning to buy any miners from them if you don't live in the US

Submit a ticket, its gets looked at, fixed, and follow-ups after to ensure we are happy with everything. If something isn't right, they make sure it gets corrected. Let's face it, nothing ever works 100% of the time, its how companies handle issues and troubleshooting that really matters. When they treat your equipment like their own you can trust you are using the right hosting center.
